I'm out. I can not afford to do that and Rubicon (though I was gonna try somehow.) and I have a "family" birthday party in Vegas that weekend.
Sorry,

Regestration must be in by 6/1 to get $5 discount (postmarked usually counts)
REGESTRATION
It's a .PDF so it may take a little bit of time to download _________________ Not so big Dan anymore!

Dan,
I got my registration - do these guys never include a map? Last time I was there was like 8 years ago. Anybody have directions?

Last year was my first (I was a virgin), after several e-mails and a few attempts to contact some people over the phone I got directions something close to this "take a freway past the town of Shaver Lake. Go past the lake itself. Somewhere past the lake there will be a sign to turn right" I pressed allot harder and they revealed that the turnoff is in the parking lot of a ski park.
I'll get some real directions.

Here is a link to a topo map of the area: LINK
The ski park is not shown on the map. If you look at about .5" down from the top of the map just right of the center, that's where the right hand turn is. you follow that partially paved road for a few miles untill you find the main camp for the event. You can't miss the main camp, it is right on the road.
I will also look at some of the guide that I have for this area when I get home, they will probably have some GPS info and probably some better directions too!

I think this is where base camp is: LINK
In the clear area just below the center of the view.
GPS inf. is on the left side of the screen. _________________ Not so big Dan anymore!
